What we do

Lasting Powers of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney is an important legal document which (as the donor) you officially appoint one or more persons (called the attorney’s). These are those whom you have great trust in and give the power to make decisions on your behalf if in the future you may lack mental capacity.

There are two different types of Lasting Powers of Attorney; Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.

Please see the pricing page for a detailed breakdown of our fixed fees. We try to work to fixed fees where possible, but also provide an hourly rate.
